We had the burner fitted today and after two 20/30 minute fires, we've lit it tonight and have to say that we are delighted with the difference in stoves, which is incredible. So easy to light and looks awesome. All credit to you.
The guy that fitted it said that it looked new, which it does.

The comparison of thickness and weight and design of the original Morso baffle and yours is staggering (the old one was still serviceable but worn and buckled at the back and split at the front).

"Dear Morso Heaven,
I just wanted to let you know how overjoyed I am at receiving my Morso Squirrel 1430 today.
I cannot believe that this is a refurbished woodburner as it looks brand new factory condition, and in relation to the grate & ash pan - better than factory condition.
I work in the building trade and as such see quite a few woodburner's installed and this one is comparable to others costing many times more.
I cannot recommend your service and attention to detail highly enough & your ability to attend to any issues (such as my courier damage) has been second to none.
I've had 2 small (kindling only) fires so far and am still working out the controls but I'm still absolutely chuffed to bits.
I've hopefully attached a picture so you can see how nice it looks !!!

Having suffered a cracked and warped baffle plate, plus cracked firebricks, your replacement kit seemed like the most practical solution, and indeed turned out to be so. After a coat of Fireblack, the Lion is roaring again and ready to protect us against the Scottish winter and by the way the Ash Pan is Superb.

"Hi, Just an update: we’ve installed our squirrel. I have to say we absolutely love it. Easy to use and regulate temperature and cleaning is a doddle. It looks like a brand new stove and certainly better than new, more expensive, popular brands. To say we are delighted is an understatement. It was intended for our lounge but we’ve installed in our living/dining/kitchen and it has transformed how we use the house. Fingers crossed for a lowering of utility bills too.
